Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially holiday seasons or new scent drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS to ensure your soap arrives safely.

Note for Washington State Residents: As we are based in Washington, orders within the Pacific Northwest typically arrive on the faster end of these estimates.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Washington State Sales Tax:
In accordance with Washington State law, sales tax is calculated based on the destination of the shipment. Shipping and handling charges are also subject to sales tax for orders delivered within Washington.
Warm Weather Shipping Advisory:
Our natural soaps and body butters are sensitive to extreme heat. During summer months, we recommend:
- Choosing an expedited shipping method
- Ensuring someone is available to bring the package indoors immediately upon delivery to prevent softening.
Damages & Missing Packages:
Naturals By Nancy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
