Return and Refund Policy
Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
At Naturals By Nancy, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted soaps. Because our products are personal care items, we have specific guidelines for returns to ensure the safety ad hygiene of all our customers.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened soap bars, body butters, or bath products..
- Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: If you are unhappy with a scent or variety, please contact us at nancyriggs@gmail.com. While we generally do not exchange personal care items, we want you to love your experience and may offer a one-time discount or alternative solution.
Damage and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Under Washington State consumer guidelines, if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item/packaging.
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used soap bars or opened skincare products.
- Custom-made or personalized orders.
- Items purchased on “Final Sale” or during a clearance event.
- Gift Cards.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return (for unopened items), we will notify you if the refund was approved.
Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Shipping Costs:
Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
